Vendor Expo
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the National American Indian Court Judges Association (NAICJA) and the National Tribal Justice Resource Center (NTJRC), I would like to invite your organization to exhibit at the National American Indian Court Judges Association's 38th Annual Conference being held October 15 - October 17.
This year's conference, entitled "Honoring Justice, Respecting Tradition" is being held in Choctaw, Mississippi at the Silver Star Hotel and Casino, Pearl River Resort, http://www.pearlriverresort.com. We have secured the government rate of $60.00 per night, ask for the "National American Indian Court Judges Association" group code "NATJ07A" room block at (866)44-PEARL. The NAICJA conference is an annual event drawing approximately 100-200 tribal court judges and administrators each year.
At the exhibition hall, exhibitors will set-up during the evening of Sunday, October 14 or the morning of Monday, October 15, 2007. The exhibition will end Tuesday, October 16, at 2:00 p.m. This year's booth fee is only $425 per organization.
The exhibition will allow Tribal Court Judges and Court Administrators to see your products and/or services first hand. This is a wonderful opportunity for marketing your product/service and, at the same time, to provide our attendees with a chance to meet with you in-person. This is one of the very few forums where so many different tribal courts and the people who make purchasing and contract decisions will be in one spot.
It's a great way to make contacts. Attendees will visit the exhibits during a.m. and p.m. breaks, meal breaks and throughout the conference at their leisure. In order to encourage attendance and interaction, we intend to provide each exhibitor with raffle tickets to give out for door prizes. Attendees will receive a raffle ticket for each exhibit they visit. The more vendors visited the more chances of winning a door prize they will have. Door prizes will be drawn for and awarded at the conference luncheon which will be held in the expo room on Tuesday, October 16.
Also, we ask that you provide promotional materials (examples from last year's exhibit included polo shirts, t-shirts, portfolios, a palm pilot, CD cases, etc.) as door prizes (we will announce each sponsoring organization as the door prizes are awarded). Please let us know what you would like to donate and the quantity of items. Your representatives can bring the items to the exhibitors meeting to be held prior to the exhibition opening. Prizes will be displayed at your own booth until the luncheon drawing. (Prizes generate booth traffic.)
Vendors are also invited to advertise in the NAICJA 2007 conference program. The conference program booklet will contain the final conference agenda, welcoming letters from government officials and NAICJA leadership, as well as sponsor advertisements/greetings. These conference programs will be given to every attendee and the majority will opt to carry and use it daily, as it is much smaller and more convenient than the heavier conference binder. This is a good way for those folks who are exhibiting at the conference to encourage folks to come by and visit their booths too! For those registering for a booth, save up to 25% off of advertising costs by throwing in an ad.
We hope that you will join us for this exciting event. Please let us by September 24, 2007 whether you will be able to accept our invitation, so that we may insure that we have adequate space for all exhibitors. Details about booth assignments, set-up logistics, audio-visual and electrical requirements will be forthcoming in future correspondence with exhibitors who indicate that they are interested in attending.
