The 2003 annual conference was held at the Chateau Sonesta, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Chateau Sonesta is a 251 room luxury hotel located near Bourbon street. This hotel offers ammenities including an outdoor pool, tropical gardens, restaurants and old New Orleans charm.
